Healing with Essential Oils

If you’ve ever doubted the power of Aromatherapy before, perhaps this will change your mind.

I was suffering from a toothache last week; Orajel, ibuprofen, ice pack, hot water bottle…nothing helped. Of course the pain began at about 12:00 AM so I could not hop over to my dentist’s office. The pain had me in tears and I could not think straight. I decided to take a look at my Aromatherapy and Herbal notes to see if there was anything I could do to relieve my pain. I came across a simple recipe: cloves, peppermint and lemon essential oils. I jumped up grounded some cloves (all out of clove essential oil) then added peppermint and lemon essential oils with a tablespoon of safflower oil. Applied this mixture to my gums and tooth and in five minutes…I finally had relief. The relief was so great that I was able to hold out three more days before the dentist was able to see me.

Turns out I have an infection but recipe started the healing process. I did accept an antibiotic this time because apparently this infection is pretty bad and I can’t afford to have anything else go wrong.

Holistic remedies require diligence and some don’t want to be bothered but my experiences have been successful and I don’t have to worry about harmful side effects.

I hope you will be inspired to use holistic remedies to heal yourself when needed. If you have any questions, you can always contact me and we can work through whatever it is together.

Take great care until next time.

Love, Peace and Blessings…
