Throat Ease Recipe and Empowerment Vibe

Here is a recipe for anyone experiencing frequent sore throat issues such as inflammation or mucus build up. This recipe has provided my family with almost instant sore throat relief removing many of the bacteria causing discomfort.

Please note this does not smell or taste good but it is effective! J

Throat Ease

8 oz Natural Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother)

4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (about five lemons)

2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

2 tsp Sea Salt

Please mixture in a clean jar; shake well.

To use per instance:

Measure 2 oz of mixture into a cup

Then add 1 oz of distilled/filtered/spring/cooled boiled water

Stir until all ingredients are well blended

Gargle with mixture; do not swallow be sure to spit once you are done gargling.

Use your Throat Ease ever few hours for maximum benefit.

In between I’ve found it helpful to suck on Slipper Elm lozenges; you can purchase these from your local health food store (Sensual Mystiq will offer these February 2014).  Also drink non-caffeinated, herbal tea throughout the day  such as chamomile, lavender, sage or licorice root with a fresh lemon wedge and a teaspoon of raw honey per cup.
